Thai Topaz, a cherished family-owned restaurant in San Antonio, was founded in 2005 by Somchai and Jiraporn Namarsa, my parents.

With my dad's mechanical engineering and business expertise coupled with my mom's Biology background and passion for healthy cooking, they created a unique dining experience. After managing a ceramic plant in Tennessee, my parents moved to the U.S., driven by a commitment to family and quality cuisine. My mom's innovative approach to healthy recipes began with a food cart business in Wisconsin, earning top ranks for cleanliness and taste. Their dedication is evident in every dish at Thai Topaz, from original creations like Spicy Mango Delight to classic Pad Thai.
